HHE HANDLING

LOADER/UNLOADER, HOLDING STATION, COOLING TOWER. 

 

New Technology Overman designs and manufactures horizontal handling equipment (HHE) for various usage in process lines of Printed Circuits Boards.

The NTO-HHE equipment are semi-independent or PLC controlled equipment.

 

HHE Loader/Unloader:

Loader/unloader are applicaple for storage of 48 Panels.
They are PLC controlled and are designed  for loader as-well-as  unloader. 

System is constructed of 304 Stainless Steel and the Panel  holders are Aluminum.

 

HHE Holding station :

Holding station are design as stand-alone equipment or as build-in module in HCL lines.

Module of plastic materials and a stainless steel frame.

 

HHE Cooling Tower :

 The NTO Cooling Tower is designed for cooling down the printed circuit board before entering the Postcleaner line.

Module is build of Polypropylene and a stainless steel frame and Panel brackets.
