HCL PROCESS LINE

HASL PRE AND POST TREATMENT SYSTEM, PRE-TREATMENT LINE,

PCB CLEANING/DRYING LINE, FLUXER LINE.  

New Technology Overman  designs and manufactures horizontal conveyorised lines
(HCL) for HASL Pre and Post treatment system, Pre-treatment line before
DF-lamination and Solder mask applications, PCB Cleaning/drying and Flux coating
of Printed Circuits Boards.

The NTO-HCL lines are semi-independent working machines and designed for small-medium production volume. The line modules are made of polypropylene and mounted on a Stainless steel 304 frame.
Used materials and components are well considered chosen and meet the requirements of chemical suppliers.
Well-known component suppliers are used in this HCL lines such as :

Georg Fisher appendages, Hendor Pumps, Nüga Heaters, Bürkert Fluid control systems, Busch Blowers, Moeller Electronics,  etc.

New Technology Overman HCL lines have simplified design, easy to operate and easy to maintain with less expert knowledge.
The conveyor system consists of stainless steel, Plastic covered Stainless steel or carbon fibre rods with polypropylene discs.
The conveyor speed is adjustable through a digital speed controller in the control cabinet. Control switches in control cabinet with the required functions and read-out.

Optional :
Control of the line is by an built in PLC which controls the relevant process  parameters and enable the desired process steps to be achieved.

All pumps, blowers, heaters and pipe-work are mounted underneath and at the backside of the machine.
